Ingredients

• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons cold butter cut into small cubes -or- 2 tablespoons coconut oil*
• 1/2 cup golden raisins
• 1/2 cup plain raisins
• 1 cup buttermilk -or- 1 cup soy milk+1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar**
• 2 tablespoons caraway seeds (optional)
