Beef Noodle Soup Recipe - Great British Chefs

Ingredients

• 750g of beef brisket
• 500g of chicken bones
• 2l water
• 2 red onions, peeled and sliced
• 5 spring onions
• 3 garlic cloves, roughly sliced
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 2 tbsp of ginger, finely sliced
• 5 star anise
• 3 tsp coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp of fish sauce
• 1/2 tbsp of sugar
• 300g of rice noodles
• 1 lime, juiced
• 250ml of vegetable oil
• 1 tsp salt
