- 2 2/3 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup caster sugar

- 60 grams chilled unsalted butter, cubed

- 1 cup thickened cream

- Macerated strawberries
- 250 grams strawberries, quartered
