- 100g soft light brown sugar
- a few dashes chocolate bitters (we used Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters)
- 3 tbsp (see below) cacao-infused rye whisky
- orange twist to garnish
- 200ml rye whisky
- 50g cacao nibs
