• 1 kg Steggles Turkey Shortcuts Mince
• 1 cup cooked white rice
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 tblsp finely chopped coriander
• 2 tspn olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 tspn ground cumin
• 2 tspn ground coriander
• 2 tspn garam masala
• 1/2 tspn ground tumeric
• 1 tblsp grated ginger
• 1 small green chilli, finely chopped
• 2 x 400g can crushed tomatoes
• 1 cup salt reduced chicken stock
• 2 tspn finely chopped parsley
