• 8 beef sausages
• 500gm bacon, sliced finely
• 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
• 1 red onion, diced
• ½ red capsicum, diced
• 4 tomatoes, diced
• 4 eggs, boiled and diced
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
