- 5 heaped tbsp honey (use a large dessert tbsp to measure)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 5 eggs (separated)
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Juice of 1/2 an orange
