Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter
• 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) canola oil
• 1 white onion chopped fine
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) curry powder
• 2 potato, peeled and diced
• 4 apples, peeled and diced
• 4 cups (1 L) chicken broth
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
• sufficient quantity, plain 1% yogurt
• salt and pepper to taste
• chopped fresh parsley to taste
