- 400 grs sugar
- 30 grs cocoa powder
- 20 grs (3tsp) bicarbonate of soda
- 5 grs (1tsp) salt
- 2 large eggs
- 240 ml milk , (or buttermilk)
- 240 ml oil
- 240 ml water , (or coffee)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
