• 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 lg Avacado seeded, peeled
• 1 7.5-oz can crabmeat drained
• 1/4 ts Salt
• 1/4 ts Accent
• 1 tb onion Grated
• 1/4 c Sour Cream
• 1 tb Lemon juice
