- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 sticks of unsalted butter, softened

- 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 5 grams instant coffee
- 4 tbsp whole milk or nut milk
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar - for the whiskey drizzle glaze
- 3-4 tbsp Irish whiskey - for the whiskey drizzle glaze
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream - for the whiskey drizzle glaze
