• 1 head of lettuce
• 1 pkg. of cherry tomatoes
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 2 oz. black olives
• 2 oz. green olives
• 1 red onion, diced
• 1 green pepper, cut in slices
• 1 red pepper, cut in slices
• 1 pkg. seasoned croutons
• 4 tsp. olive oil
