• roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
• maple vinegar
• maple syrup
• lime juice
• dried shrimps (soaked in hot water) or 1 tbsp fish sauce
• clove garlic, minced
• grated ginger
• sesame oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
