- 600ml single (pouring) cream
- 1¼ cups (300g) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, extra
- ⅓ cup (55g) icing (confectioner’s) sugar, sifted
- 1½ cups (375ml) single (pouring) cream, extra, whipped
