Creamy Crab & Sweetcorn Chowder: A Coastal Comfort Food

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 leeks, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
• 1 litre water with 4 tsp bouillon powder
• 350g white potato, peeled and diced
• 200g sweetcorn
• 200g white crab meat
• 4 tbsp cream
• 2 tsp chopped chives
