Ingredients

• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/3 cup corn syrup
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
• 2 tbsp corn starch
• 2 egg yolks
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp salted butter
• 2 tbsp bourbon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 container Rustlin' Rob's Bourbon Pecans
• 2 puff pastry dough sheets, thawed to room temp.
• 1 large egg, beaten
