Uncle Jim’s Dill Dip – PSI Legacy Food

Ingredients

• ½ Tbls of purée yellow or Vidalia onions.
• 1 ½ cups of Hellman’s mayonnaise
• 1 ½ cups of sour cream
• 1 Tbls of fresh chopped garlic
• 1 tsp of DOD Tobias garlic salt
• 1 tsp of ground white pepper
• 3 – 4 Tbls of dried dill weed or more
