- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup plus 2 Tablespoons cold, heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
