Limoncello Cake - Dixie Crystals

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cups + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour*
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 6 large eggs
• 6 tablespoons + 6 tablespoons Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Limoncello
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 5 large egg yolks
• 5 tablespoons water
• 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 2 teaspoons gelatin
• 3 tablespoons water
• Zest of 2 fresh lemons, no white bitter pith
• 12 ounces mascarpone cheese
• 1 bar (4.4 oz) white chocolate (Lindt was used in this recipe)
• 1 lemon, no white bitter pith
