Hot Chocolate Cookies Recipe - Peppermint Bark Chocolate Dip

Ingredients

• 2 ½ cup all purpose flour
• ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 ea eggs
• ½ cup Litehouse Peppermint Bark Chocolate Dip
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp peppermint extract
• 2 cup milk chocolate chips
• 12 ea marshmallows, cut in half
