Ingredients

• 2 extra large eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 ¾ cups milk
• ½ cup oil/ melted butter
• 3 ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• All gold tomato and herb pasta sauce
• Mushrooms-
• 1 punnet button mushrooms/brown mushrooms (sliced)
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• Pinch salt
• Pinch ground green chillies
• Pinch lemon pepper
• Grated gouda cheese
• Sliced baby tomatoes
• Sliced spring onions
• Dried oregano
