Ingredients
- Homemade Pie Crust or All Butter Pie Crust
- 4 and 4 1/2 cups halved & quartered pitted fresh cherries
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 wash: egg 1 large egg beaten with 1 Tablespoon
- optional: coarse sugar for sprinkling on crust
