Guacamole - Meat Smoke Fire

Ingredients

• 2 medium ripe avocados
• 1.5 tbsp chopped onion
• 1 tomato (I use one from a tin of tomatoes as I then use the rest for salsa)
• 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
• 1 tsp chilli sauce
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
• 1 tbsp light olive oil (optional)
• 1/2 tsp maldon salt
• Ground black pepper to taste
