Guacamole - Meat Smoke Fire
OK so this Guacamole isn't going to be made on the Big Green Egg but it does go with a lot of things I would cook on the Big Green Egg.

Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tomato (I use one from a tin of tomatoes as I then use the rest for salsa)
- 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp light olive oil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp maldon salt
- Ground black pepper to taste
