Mexican Fillet Steak Served On A Bed Of Mexican Rice recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1kg fillet steak cut and washed
• 2-3 tablespoons Mexican spice (purchased from chocolata Fordsburg)
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon fine cumin powder
• ½ teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder
• ½ teaspoon Robertsons steak and chops spice
• 1 teaspoon Ina Paarman lemon & black pepper seasoning
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons @sujees_gourmet_food nanimas steak and chops masala
• 2-3 tablespoons creamy mayonnaise
• A slice of butter
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoons Chocolata Mexican spice
• 1 teaspoon spice for rice
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• Any Mexican spice can be used. I even made some myself will share recipe below.
• 2 tablespoons ground cumin
• 2 tablespoons chilli powder
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon garlic salt
• 2 teaspoons cayenne
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
• Pinch of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
