Baked Banana Pudding

Ingredients

• 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch ro
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 1/3 cup All purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
• 4 eggs, seperated
• 2 cups Milk (skim works with this recipe)
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• 45 Vanilla waffers
• 1 pinch Cream of Tartar
