• 2 Pound ground beef, preferably 80% lean
• 1 Medium yellow onion, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 Tablespoon Traeger Burger Rub
• 2 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 Pound Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
• 8 Ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/4 Cup ketchup
• 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tablespoon Traeger Original Hot Sauce
• 1 plum tomato, diced
• 1/4 Cup diced yellow onion
• 1/4 Cup diced dill pickle
• 1 Tablespoon dill pickle brine
