- 250 milliliters of your choice of vodka
- A one-liter heat-tolerant professional cream whipper
- 2 nitrous oxide chargers
- A double boiler
- Water
- 1 glass measuring cup large enough to hold 250 mL
- Cheesecloth
- Thermometer
- Rubberband large enough to place around your glass measuring cup.
