Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp Margaritaville House Spice Blend, (recipe below)
• 2 Tbsp neutral oil (such as canola or vegetable), for frying
• 8 slices cheese (we like American)
• 1⁄2 cup Paradise Island Dressing, (recipe below)
• 4 burger buns, split and lightly toasted
• 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
• 8 large tomato slices
• Dill pickle slices, for serving
