- 4-4/2 c flour (bread flour is great)
- 1 tsp. Sea salt (I prefer pink Himalayan)
- 1 Tbsp Sugar (raw is best)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp yeast
- 2 C warm water (105-110°F)
- optional add 1 tbsp olive oil w/salt for a crisper loaf
- Egg wash optional for glossy loaf
