Ingredients

• 8 eggs
• 5 tbsp milk
• sunflower oil
• spices (optional and taste)
• salt
• 1 small onion
• 200 g of ham or other sausage of your choice
• 1 / 2 green pepper
• 1/2 red pepper
• 150 g feta cheese
• 5-6 mushrooms (maybe without them)
• 100 g cheese
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp mustard
