• 2 oz Dijon mustard
• 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
• 4 oz chipotle in adobo, pureed
• 1 oz fresh garlic, minced
• 1 6-inch sandwich roll, split
• 1 oz pepper jack cheese, thinly sliced
• 4 oz Oven roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
• 2 Slices bacon, cooked and well drained
• 1-1/2 oz Chipotle Southwest Sauce
• 1-1/2 oz lettuce, shredded
• 1 oz red onion, thinly sliced
• 6 Slices red ripe tomatoes
• 6 Slices green bell pepper, seeds and ribs removed
• 6 Each pitted black olives, sliced
