Ingredients: 2 large chicken breasts; 2 tablespoons butter; 2-3 green onions OR approx 1/2 cup chopped onion; 2 cloves of garlic minced (I buy the pre-minced stuff from the store and do a heaping scoop); 1/8 cup red wine vinegar; 1/2 lime juiced (I just pour a bunch from a bottle. Probably between 1/8-1/4 cup).; 1 teaspoon sugar; 1/2 teaspoon salt; Black pepper to taste; 1 tablespoon cumin; 1-2 tablespoons dry cilantro or fresh to taste
