Ingredients

• 2 pounds bulk sausage
• 8 slices white bread with crusts removed
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup cream
• 1 cup milk
• 1 1/2 t. salt
• 1 1/2 t. dried mustard
