- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup butter
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- ⅔ cup evaporated milk
- 1½ cups sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup good quality milk chocolate chips
