• 1/2 cup Ontario table cream
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract

• 1/2 cup (125 mL) cream soda or club soda
• 2 - 3 cups (500 mL) Ontario eggnog
• 4 sticks cinnamon
