Tangy and Sweet Coca-Cola Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef (just over 1 pound)
• 1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
• 1 Egg
• 1 TB Water
• 1 Onion, chopped finely, divided
• 1/2 t Salt, divided
• 1/2 t Freshly Ground Black Pepper, divided
• 2 t Garlic, crushed
• 1 cup Tomato Sauce (thick ketch-up)
• 1 cup Coca-Cola
• 2 TB Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, chopped finely
