• 200 gram Broccoli (boiled)
• 300 gram Mussels (frozen)
• 190 gram Spaghetti (I have buckwheat, you can have any.We use 60-70 g per serving, not 80)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 piece Peppers red hot (small ,I didn't use it because of the baby)
• Salt (to taste)
• Black pepper (to taste)
