- 3/4 cup Bacon Up Bacon Grease
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce to taste
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- Cayenne pepper to taste (a dash or two, for us)
