Ingredients

• 4 chicken breast fillets
• 4 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp sherry
• 2 tbsp walnut oil
• 1 red pepper
• 1 yellow pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 100 g white cabbage
• 50 g bean sprouts
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• salt
• freshly ground pepper
• 8 squares of spring roll pastry (available from Asia stores and supermarkets)
• 1 egg yolk
• fat to grease the baking tray
• Kikkoman Sushi & Sashimi Soy Sauce
