Remember The Maine is a twist on a Sazerac where Rye is given a subtle sweetness with Cherry Liqueur and a hint of savagery from a dash of good Absinthe.

- 2 oz. 60ml Rye
- 0.75 oz. 23ml Sweet Vermouth
- 2 tsp 2 tsp Cherry Heering
- 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Absinthe
