These salty and sweetly spiced cookie morsels taste a little like pecan pie.
Ingredients
- 150g pecans
- 1 cup almond meal/flour
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp baking soda (bicarb)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbsp (40ml) coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp (40ml) maple syrup (100%)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (organic)
- 36 extra pecans, to place on top of the cookies
