• 3 teaspoons flour
• ½ cup butter, softened
• ½ cup shortening
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 8 Tablespoons whipping cream
• 1 ½ cups Cool Whip
• 24 cherries, patted dry
• ¼ cup miniature chocolate chips
