Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup leek,
- 1/2 fennel, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes, 796 ml / 28 fl oz can diced or plum
- 4 cups chicken stock,
- 1 Tbsp cumin, ground
- 1 tsp chili powder,
- salt, to taste
- 1 lime, fresh
- 1/2 cup cilantro, fresh chopped
- 2 tortillas, toasted
