• 7 cups (1-inch) cubed peeled sweet potato (about 2.5 pounds)
• 1/4 cup half-and-half
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg, lightly beaten
• Cooking spray
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 3 Tbs chilled butter, cut into small pieces
• 1/3 cup chopped pecans
