Ingredients

• - Venison loin
• - 1 lb. of morels chopped
• - 1 lb. of bacon (cooked and chopped)
• - 1 medium red onion chopped
• - 4-6 cloves of garlic minced
• - 1-2 whole cloves of garlic cut in half
• - 1 container of Gorgonzola cheese
• - 1/8 Cup of sun dried tomatoes cut in pieces
• - Drizzle of olive oil 2-3 times
• - Salt and pepper
• - 1/8 Cup Worcestershire sauce
• - 1/2 stick of butter
