Ingredients

• Venison loin
• 1 lb. of morels chopped
• 1 lb. of bacon (cooked and chopped)
• 1 medium red onion chopped
• 4-6 cloves of garlic minced
• 1-2 whole cloves of garlic cut in half
• 1 container of Gorgonzola cheese
• 1/8 Cup of sun dried tomatoes cut in pieces
• Drizzle of olive oil 2-3 times
• Salt and pepper
• 1/8 Cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 stick of butter
