• 1 cup (250 mL) confectioners’ (icing) sugar
• Pudding Layer
• 2 pkgs (each 3.5 oz/99 g) pistachio pudding mix
• 3 cups (750 mL) Canadian milk
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped nuts of your choice (optional)
