• 2 tbsp Dale's Seasoning, plus additional for basting
• 1 tbsp finely chopped chipotle chili in adobo (chiles and sauce)
• 2 tbsp lime juice (from 1 lime)
• 1 tbsp Dale's Original Seasoning
• 2 tbsp ketchup
