• 3 oz cold cream cheese
• 1.5 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 Tbsp cream or milk
• 2 Tbsp bourbon or rum (optional)
• 2.66 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
• 2 Tbsp cream, milk, or liquor or as needed
